RISEUP@work moved its career coaching method off a generic course platform onto a product it owns, and reported 250 users in its first week live.
What Kodeful did
Kodeful joined RISEUP as a product partner and built the platform together with RISEUP's technical founder. Kodeful led the AI coach, interview simulator, journal and goals, made the resume builder feel like RISEUP, and after launch worked through the issues RISEUP's own technical review raised, from billing to member access.
The problem
RISEUP@work is built on Dr. Deepak Bhootra's career methodology: four published books and, per the partner, 1,500 coaching sessions. In early 2026 the community, books and tools ran on LearnWorlds, an off-the-shelf learning platform. Resume, interview and LinkedIn sections were set up there, but they could not talk to each other, so a member's story never followed them from one tool to the next. To give every member guidance built on their own history, RISEUP needed to own the platform and the data.
Where they are now
Live at riseupatwork.com, with 500+ professionals signed up according to the partner's site. In October 2026 RISEUP announced it was selected for the AWS-supported Apex Lab AI Accelerator program.
