AOS Sports turned years of coaching, recruiting know-how and leadership teaching into one platform where a soccer family plans the road to college together, from the first honest check to the final offer.

What Kodeful did

Kodeful took the partner's programs, written methods and design system and built them into one connected platform for players, parents, coaches and the AOS team. The partner owns the method and the content; Kodeful builds and runs the product.

The problem

AOS Sports runs several programs for young athletes, their parents and their coaches: college recruiting guidance, a communication assessment, leadership lessons, coach education and camps. Each lived in a different place, mostly in a course tool and in documents, with its own login and its own look. A family that joined one program could not see how it connected to the next, and nothing a player learned or wrote carried over. At the same time the college recruiting rules changed in 2025 and 2026, so families were planning around advice built for a game that no longer exists.

Where they are now

Pre-launch. The partner is reviewing the full platform page by page while payments, email and the live calls integration are connected to the partner's own accounts.

AOS Sports develops young athletes as people first, under the idea of significance over success. Its programs include College Player Pathway for soccer players and parents heading toward college, Coaching the Bigger Game for coaches, Post to Post+ camps, Live Study Play and the 360 Complete Athlete, plus a communication assessment called Breaking the Communication Code that runs through all of them.

The coaching method and every word of the content: the recruiting checkpoints, the planner, the Athlete Code assessment and reports, the leadership lessons, the brand and design system, and an existing community of soccer families, clubs and camps.

What Kodeful brought

Product design and development of the whole platform, the private family records and parent, player and coach access, the marketing site, and running the product.

The product today

A family signs in once and sees one journey. The player starts with a short Recruiting Readiness check that shows where real planning is still missing, then works through the College Soccer Planner and fifteen recruiting checkpoints at their own pace. The Athlete Code shows how the player communicates and how to reach the people around them, and the parent and coach take their own version on the same scale. The 12 Skills of Significance add leadership lessons, and practical tools help with letters to coaches, campus visits and comparing offers. Every answer is saved to the player's own record and stays private to that family.

Five planning questions and a short communication check show a family where they really stand, then point each gap to the exact part of the planner that fixes it.

Module 02

The College Soccer Planner

Five phases that walk a family through the new recruiting landscape, their honest level of play, fit and target list, with answers saved so they can come back to the plan.

Module 03

The Athlete Code

A communication assessment for players, parents and coaches on one shared scale. The report names how the player shows up, their blind spot, and how to talk so coaches and parents actually hear them.

Module 04

The 12 Skills of Significance

Twelve leadership lessons, one for each letter of SIGNIFICANCE, each with a short video from the coach, a story and a commitment the player makes in their own words.

Module 05

Recruiting Checkpoints

Fifteen checkpoints from first contact to the offer room, written in plain language, with private worksheets for emails, calls, visits and comparing what an offer really costs.
