We are operators, not just an agency. We build software products and automate operations for founder-led B2B - and we run our own.
Most software gets built by teams that hand over the code and walk away. We do not. We run our own products in the market, so we know what it takes to ship something that actually earns - not just something that demos well. That perspective goes into every build we take on.
Since 2020 we have shipped 120+ products across SaaS, marketplaces, AI tools, and B2B platforms. We built Prospi ourselves and scaled it to $4.2M a year, using the same senior team and the same process our clients get. When we say we know how to build and run software, the proof is our own P&L.
What sets us apart is that we carry outcomes, not hours. We scope tightly, build fast, and stay in until the product works in the real world. No decks, no discovery calls that lead nowhere.
We started as developers and grew into operators who build, run, and stand behind our own products. We treat every client build to that same standard, because we know exactly what it costs to get it wrong. That is not changing.

From a first freelance project in 2016 to a multi-million dollar product we built and still run - the milestones that turned us from a dev shop into an operator.
2020
Kodeful is founded
Jovan Ivkovic founds Kodeful in Niš, Serbia. Kodeful LLC is later registered in Wyoming. The idea: run the opposite of a typical agency - direct, senior, engineering-first, and accountable to outcomes rather than billable hours.
2021
The operating model takes shape
After 30+ shipped products, the way we work crystallizes. Tight scoping, fast prototypes, weekly demos, and a senior team on every build. One principle underneath it all: a team that ships, not a team that bills.
2022
We build and launch Prospi
We build Prospi from scratch - an AI outbound platform with a 325M-lead database, automated personalization, and full campaign orchestration - and we run it ourselves. From zero to $4.2M a year in under twelve months. This is the moment we stop being just a builder and become an operator.
2023
Premium Inboxes scales fast
Working with founder Richard Illingworth, we replace manual onboarding with a stable, scalable platform. The result: 330% MRR growth in 60 days, delivered in three weeks. Proof that the operator playbook works for our partners, not just for us.
2025
