These terms govern the use of kodeful.com and the commercial services provided by Kodeful AI LLC, 30 North Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. A signed proposal, statement of work, or partnership agreement takes precedence for the engagement it covers.
Services and payment
Scope, timing, deliverables, and fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Unless an agreement says otherwise, invoices are due on receipt and work may pause when an invoice is overdue.
Ownership
For paid product engagements, the client owns the custom code and project intellectual property described in the signed scope after applicable invoices are paid. Kodeful retains its pre-existing tools, methods, and reusable know-how.
Confidentiality
Both sides will protect confidential business, technical, and customer information and use it only to deliver the agreed work.
