Premium Inboxes is the leading provider of premium Google Workspace inboxes for cold email outreach, serving agencies and businesses scaling their email operations. The product was strong - the operational tooling around it wasn't. We rebuilt the customer-facing stack from the ground up.
The mission
Replace Premium Inboxes' manual order/support stack with a fully automated customer portal that scales without operational overhead.

The challenges
Manual order management. Orders were processed via Google Forms and spreadsheets with no customer visibility into status, fulfillment, or delivery. We built an automated order management system with real-time customer tracking from purchase to provisioning.
Email-based support. Support was handled through email, leading to chaotic ticket handling with no tracking, prioritization, or efficiency. We built an integrated ticketing system with transparent status, priority, and SLA tracking.
Subscription opacity. Customers lacked visibility into active subscriptions, renewal dates, and billing - driving inbound support volume. We built a comprehensive subscription dashboard showing inboxes, renewals, and billing history, enabling full self-service.
