Mindslines runs corporate learning and development programs that have been used inside Fortune 500 organizations. Their real asset is the methodology: a way of teaching that reliably moves people from beginner to capable. The problem was that this methodology only existed in live, scheduled sessions, so its reach was capped by instructor time and calendars. We helped them turn that methodology into a product.
The mission
Take Mindslines' proven curriculum and teaching approach and rebuild it as an AI-powered learning platform, so students can move through the program on their own schedule with guidance available whenever they need it.
The challenges
Knowledge locked in live sessions. The program only ran when an instructor was in the room, which meant learning happened on a fixed schedule and could not scale past the people available to teach it. We captured the curriculum and methodology in a form the platform could deliver directly to students.
Translating a teaching method into software. A good course is more than content, it is the sequence, the prompts, and the way an instructor responds to where a student is stuck. We worked closely with Mindslines to encode that teaching approach so the AI guides students the way their instructors would.
Keeping it credible for enterprise learners. The program is used by professionals inside large organizations, so the experience had to stay on-message and faithful to the Mindslines method rather than drifting into generic answers. We built the platform around their material so the guidance stays grounded in their program.
