Complete Canine Training turned its in-person training method into Complete Canine IQ, an app that keeps dog owners, trainers and the method connected between sessions.

What Kodeful did

Kodeful built Complete Canine IQ as Complete Canine Training's product partner: the web platform, the iOS and Android apps, the AI trainer and the new website. The partner brought the method and the trainers; Kodeful turned them into a product that works when the trainer is not in the room.

The problem

Complete Canine Training's method lived in its trainers and in one-on-one sessions. Between sessions, dog owners had to call or text to ask for guidance they had already been given, and trainers answered the same questions again and again. There was no place where an owner could see their dog's progress, homework and notes. The method could only reach as many dogs as the trainers had hours.

Where they are now

The web platform and the new website at completecanine.ai are live. The iOS and Android apps are in final store setup, and the partner is loading its training material into the AI before opening it to customers.

Dog owners see their dogs, their training log and homework, and message their assigned trainer in one place. Complete Canine IQ answers training questions about the owner's own dog using only guidance Complete Canine has approved, and shows which source it used. Questions about aggression, bites or injury never get an AI answer: they go straight to a human trainer. Administrators decide exactly which training material the AI may use.

Complete Canine IQ

An AI trainer that answers questions about the owner's own dog from its training history, using only guidance Complete Canine has approved, and shows the source it used.

Trainer chat

Owners message their assigned trainer about a specific dog, so every answer stays attached to that dog's history instead of getting lost in texts.

Owners log each practice session per dog, mark how it went and note what still needs work, so the trainer sees real progress between sessions.
